Refund policy

Delivery

  • Delivery is free to the UK mainland.
  • Beds are handmade to order, so please allow around 3 to 4 weeks from the date of your order. We will contact you to arrange a delivery day.
  • Our standard service delivers to your door. When you choose your bed you can add delivery to the room of your choice, or delivery with full assembly.
  • We do not currently deliver to the Scottish Highlands and islands (AB31–38, AB40–56, FK17–21, HS, IV, KA27–28, KW, PA20–49, PA60–78, PH17–26, PH30–44, PH49–50, ZE), Northern Ireland (BT), the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight (PO30–41), the Isles of Scilly (TR21–25) or the Channel Islands. Orders to these postcodes will be cancelled and refunded in full.
  • Please measure doorways, stairs and the room before ordering. If a bed cannot be delivered because of access, redelivery may be charged.

Checking your delivery

Please check your bed when it arrives and tell us about any visible delivery damage or missing parts within 48 hours, with photos, at support@bedline.co.uk, so we can put it right quickly. This does not shorten your rights for faulty goods, set out below.

Changes and cancellations

Because each bed is made to your specification, the standard 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply once your order is placed. If you need to change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If your bed has not gone into production we will do our best to help.

Returns for change of mind

As every bed is made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. We recommend ordering free fabric samples before you buy.

Faulty or damaged items

If your bed is faulty, damaged or not as described, you have 30 days from delivery to reject it for a full refund, and we will collect it free of charge. After 30 days we will repair or replace it, and if that does not fix the problem you are entitled to a refund or a price reduction.

These are your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and nothing in our policy reduces them.

Guarantee

Your bed frame comes with a 1-year full guarantee and a further 4-year guarantee on parts, in addition to your statutory rights.
